Q: How long could I get reply for my inquiry?

MiTec offers free sample for quality verification or testing. We will charge sample fee & freight fee first, and the sample fee will be refunded after mass order released.

Q: What are the payment terms?
MiTec accept payment of T/T, Western Union (MoneyGram) or cash or PayPal.  Small order we can accept the PayPal account, for the big orders, 50% prepaid by T/T, the balance should be paid before the shipment.

Q: How long will it take to deliver goods?

2)  After receiving full payment, Goods will be delivered by DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, and EMS….or by sea.
3) Shipped by air, normally you can receive the goods within 3-5 days or 5-7 days after we deliver the goods. Shipped by sea, normally 25-45 days would be needed.
